We had a great experience at Kia of Lincoln from start to finish. The first time my wife and I stopped in just to look around, we were immediately greeted by Jaxon Morrow. He introduced himself, asked if we had any questions, and was extremely helpful without ever making us feel pressured. He answered everything we asked and took the time to put together a proposal for a vehicle we were interested in. It took us a few days to decide whether we wanted to move forward, and throughout the process Jaxon and his manager, JT, were both very friendly, patient, and professional. Once we decided on the vehicle, we came back in, worked through the numbers, and were able to reach a deal that I was extremely happy with. I really appreciated their willingness to work with us on the price and make sure the lease made sense for us. From negotiating the deal to getting everything finalized with finance, the entire process was smooth and straightforward. Before we knew it, my wife and I were walking out with our new vehicle. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Jaxon, JT, and the team at Kia of Lincoln. Professional, helpful, easy to work with, and no unnecessary pressure. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out!

Shawn Keys was great to work with, as were the other Kia dealership folks we met. He showed us good options, in our price range. We felt the price was just right for the very-slightly-used 2025 Kia we decided on-- and we were very pleased that Kia re-started their great vehicle warranty on this vehicle, the same as if it were new. We also have got really good advice and answers to follow-up owner questions, since the purchase. Our only question: we are VERY VERY sad that Kia is moving out of North Lincoln. Is there any way Kia could keep a small service center open for us Kia owners on the north side?

We spent 5 minutes in the Kia dealership and that was all we needed to know this was not where we wanted to spend our money. We originally wanted a Kia vehicle more than other brands but went to other dealerships earlier in the day. We came into the Kia dealership, another customer had to flag down someone to help us. We sat down with Godfrey, who in the span of 5 minutes called us uneducated (yes, verbatim), spoke over us repeatedly before we could even give him any information, spoke only to my boyfriend despite me being the buyer, and was incredibly arrogant to the both of us. When he left to go grab keys to look at some vehicles, we immediately both wanted to leave as soon as possible and that was the entire reason we did not purchase from Kia and went with our previous dealership. When we left and went back to our previous dealership, even they were unsurprised and said they have rarely heard good things from people who have gone to Kia.
